Changes in version 0.2 (2022-03-22)                   

  - new function to trim list of density profile manually:
    trim_manually()
  - the loading procedure for dp files updated to correctly load newer
    file format with no footer
  - added new parameters for automatic start/end detection, if
    using 1/10 mm resolution density profiles you need to adjust the
    number of points from 250 to 25, see help for dpdetect_s()
